Craig McGregor
Our Osteopath, Craig McGregor uses the full spectrum of osteopathic techniques to best match treatment to the individual, at any age.
These techniques are grounded in the principles of osteopathy, which views the body as an integrated whole and emphasises the body’s ability to heal.
His passion for osteopathy is rooted in a deep curiosity about human movement, health, and the intricate relationship between the body’s structure and its function.
He takes a thoughtful and holistic approach to care, working to understand the underlying causes of pain or dysfunction, and supporting each patient in restoring mobility, balance, and overall functional well being.
Craig may also draw a correlation between how our interaction with our environment around us impacts our system. Therefore, he can incorporate nutrition and exercise to help his clients move towards their health goals.
Craig holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Southern Cross University.
Brent Cawood
Massage Therapist, Brent has over 20 years of experience in massage therapy, including as a trainer at the NSW School of Massage Therapy in Sydney.
Brent uses a combination of remedial and deep tissue techniques that can include trigger points, active release and PNF stretching that helps relieve tired, tight or aching muscles.
Brent's massage treatments are systematic, thorough and results orientated, checking all muscle groups associated with the problem areas to achieve long-term results.
This style of massage is particularly good at helping muscular dysfunction, chronic pain, rehabilitation after injury or surgery, athletes, and sports people. Brent has his Certificate 1V Massage.
Lukman Johnson
Our Osteopath, Lukman Johnson, has a gentle approach that is synonymous with cranial osteopathy.
This technique uses subtle, light-touch techniques to release tension and improve the movement of fluids and tissues in the body, particularly around the head, spine, and sacrum.
Practitioners aim to support the body’s natural healing processes, making it a popular choice for newborns, infants, children, and adults alike, especially people seeking a low-impact approach to treatment.
Over the last few years Lukman has worked closely with doctors and lactation consultants addressing feeding and latch issues with newborns.
Lukman also has an interest in using low level laser therapy as an adjunct to osteopathic treatment. Lasers can have a wide range of effects on tissues including anti-inflammatory and improving tissue repair.
Lukman graduated with Distinction from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
